WELDING
I personally was terrified of welding, I was most scared of burning myself but soon got over that once I realized if I was paying enough attention it was very unlikely to burn myself.
After I got over my fear I realized that most people were probably feeling the same way so I wanted to help.
In between doing my work I was teaching other how to weld and helping them get over there fear, first I help Sharleze and Cortney and once I showed them that it wasn’t so scary they were able to finish without me doing it for them.
While helping other i did indeed burn myself just like i was scared of but not only once three times but I explained to others that it was fault that my fingers got burnt because I didn't think my metal was that hot and I shouldn’t of be able to touch it, I was very wrong.
I and other think that I showed good leadership in stepping up and helping other get over their fear and finishing on time.
