This semester in health we are doing hauora we are focusing on spiritual well being.
To me spiritual well being is all about you,it is all about who u believe in. Spiritual well being is also about what you  identify as, also what u feel and what you think is most important.

 Trust being able to believe what someone said or did with out having to fully investigate them juts putting your trust into someone Think about the future not now aday thing about if your really know they will be there for you no matter what. knowing people before thinking to quickly
 Respect Letting people be who they want to be, respecting who they are. Just letting people be who they want to be not just judging people base on what u think. Also respecting there opinion and them as a human. Not thinking to quickly who they are.
